Custom Packaging
Structural box manufacturing — custom die lines, creasing, folding and gluing — then printed and finished with the method that suits the run.
Packaging is a structural capability rather than a printing method. We draw the die line to your product's exact dimensions, then cut, crease, fold and glue a box that holds its shape and protects what is inside. The artwork on it is printed offset, digitally or by screen, whichever suits the run.
What we manufacture
- Rigid gift and perfume boxes with magnetic or lift-off lids
- Folding cartons for retail, cosmetics, chocolate and cake
- Corrugated shipping and e-commerce boxes
- Food-grade packaging: burger boxes, food board boxes, cups and coasters
- Paper bags, sleeves, inserts and display units
Design it in 3D first
Upload or pick a die line in our 3D box editor and see the folded result — with foil, emboss and lamination previewed — before you commit to production.
Die-cut box manufacturing and packaging printing in the UAE
A box has to do two jobs: hold its shape around your product, and sell it on the shelf. We handle both — the die line is engineered to your product's dimensions, cut, creased, folded and glued in-house, and the printing and finishing happen on the same site so nothing is shipped between suppliers half-finished.
What this covers
- Custom die lines — drawn to your product's exact dimensions, with a physical or 3D mock-up to approve before production
- Rigid boxes — wrapped board with magnetic, lift-off or drawer constructions for premium and gift packaging
- Folding cartons — the standard retail box, die-cut and glued from printed board
- Corrugated boxes — shipping, e-commerce and outer cases in single and double wall
- Food-safe packaging — food-grade stocks and coatings for anything that touches food
Finishing that sells the box
Matte and gloss lamination, soft-touch, spot UV, gold and silver foil stamping, embossing and debossing, plus window patching, ribbon pulls and foam or card inserts.
Print process
Packaging artwork runs offset for large retail volumes, digital for short runs and test batches, and screen for heavy solid coverage on rigid materials — the structure stays the same either way.
Design your box in 3D
Our 3D box editor renders the folded die line with your artwork, foil and emboss applied, so you can check the layout across every panel before the job goes to plate.
Turnaround and delivery
Packaging lead times depend on construction and finishing — typically 5–10 working days after die-line approval — delivered across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and the wider GCC.
