Orders and pricing
Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (including after payment) where necessaryβfor example, due to errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, applicable refunds will be processed according to law and our payment partners' policies.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for the accuracy of supplied artwork. Approved proofs may proceed to production; reprints due to customer-approved errors may incur additional charges.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates, our liability is limited as set out in your order confirmation and statutory consumer protections where they apply.
