Screen Printing

Thick, high-opacity ink printing on fabric, plastic, glass and promotional items — built for branded merchandise that gets handled every day.

Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh stencil, one colour at a time. The ink sits on top of the material instead of soaking into it, which is why the finish stays bright and fully opaque even on dark fabric, and why it survives repeated washing and daily handling.

What we screen print

  • T-shirts, polos, caps and workwear uniforms
  • Tote bags, paper bags and non-woven shopping bags
  • Mugs, bottles, pens and corporate giveaways
  • Rigid substrates: acrylic, glass, metal and plastic panels

Artwork that suits the process

Bold, flat brand colours and logos reproduce best. Each colour is a separate screen, so a two-colour logo is far cheaper per piece than a full-colour photograph — for photographic artwork on apparel we would recommend a digital transfer instead.

Durable screen printing on apparel, bags and promotional merchandise

Screen printing forces ink through a mesh stencil onto the surface below, one screen per colour. Because the ink layer is thick and sits on the surface rather than being absorbed, the result is the most opaque and hard-wearing print available — the reason it remains the standard for uniforms, event merchandise and giveaways across the UAE.

When screen printing is the right choice

  • Apparel and uniforms in bulk — the per-piece cost drops sharply with quantity once the screens are made
  • Dark or coloured fabric — opaque ink stays bright where digital transfers would go dull
  • Bold, flat brand colours — logos and lettering rather than photographic artwork
  • Non-paper surfaces — cotton, polyester, ceramic, glass, acrylic and plastic
  • Merchandise that gets used — the print survives washing, handling and outdoor exposure

Colours and setup

Each colour needs its own screen, so pricing is driven by colour count as much as by quantity. Pantone colours are mixed to match, and we can print white or metallic under-bases so colours stay true on black and navy garments.

Screen or digital?

For short runs with many colours or photographic detail, digital printing and heat transfers are usually cheaper. Above roughly 50 pieces of the same one- to three-colour design, screen printing wins on both price and durability.

Turnaround and delivery

Screen-printed merchandise typically ships in 3–5 working days depending on quantity and colour count, delivered across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and the wider UAE.
